The event was held in January in 'The Rooftop' an English conversation bar in Okayama city.
Jinenjyo is a uniquely Japanese vegetable that you will not find anywhere else. At this event you can try it in various dishes; Crepes, Tororo rice. In these dishes we have changed the recipe to use jinenjyo instead of flour, making a very unique dish you may not even find anywhere else in Japan. 'Tororo' means ground jinenjyo paste.
This is a bar where people come to talk and practice english. Naturally, English speakers are very popular. It is a great opportunity and a lot of fun to come and meet Japanese people, talk, drink and enjoy Japanese specialty food.
